What's On My Hooks, Needles, and Spindles:
Finished:

Sockhead Hat--Done in yarn from Dizzy Blonde Studios.

Sockhead is finished! Rather loose and I might make that stockinette a bit shorter next time...needs blocking too.

Frolic Two-At-A-Time Socks:

#operationsockdrawer Finished my TAAT Regia Sport socks for my clogs. LOVE this colorway!

Two-At-A-Time top-down and toe-up books by Melissa Morgan-Oakes on Amazon.

Gareth's Christmas Surprise--Crocheted Beard-Hat

#hohoho My son's final stocking stuffer is done! I tried it on, of course...

In Progress: The OHM Shawl by Michelle Miller. It bit me. In time out.

Pink Waffle Socks--yarn is Cotton Candy Clouds in Sock yarn from Oink Pigments. Now here is a dyer who deserves a LOT more attention! She works very locally, so go to her site and snatch up what you can, if you arenot lucky enough to see her at a show.

Zooming right along, past the ripcord for afterthought heel on sock #2 of Blueberry Waffles...

Tutorial for the After-Thought Heel is here.

Dizzy Blondes:

Nothing here this week. Nope. No spinning...

Gourmet Stash. Holy spit! Look at her shop! Go spin a puni on your drop spindle. Someone who really gets drop spindling!

Strategy:

Even at rest, stay on the balls of your feet. As in ballroom dance, you will be ready to change your position at a moment's notice in life.

Put a Lid On It:

And 4 fresh jars of RaspberryChardonnay jelly to go with the pickled beets! :-)

Pickled beets with cinnamon and a few jars of raspberry-chardonnay jelly.

Aw Shoot!

Not much adventure here either!

Do your 5K/30 mins of exercise and donate $10 and YOU could win in this year's CogKnitive Holiday Hustle! Must be completed by December 31st! I will offer one prize for every 3 people entered.

Additionally, K8erpillar has offered the winner's choice of a set of stitch markers from her lovely Etsy shop.

WideAngleMind is donating yarn from Cheryl Oberle!

Brenda Castie/Goodstuff  is donating a choice of pattern from her collection!

Something I Really Like:

Eating in a car as you travel down the road. Dinner with a landscape movie that lacks plot, but also lacks drama. Drive-throughs just make it all better, of course--fewer interruptions--and Starbucks just makes it better!

Blather:

Pretty much covered in the other segments!
