Episode 118 is live!

IMAG0478

From left to right, that's HeyMindy, Loretta1031, Dragonhearth, and Jspraggins under Janice's incredible heirloom crocheted blanket at this year's Holiday Party. Yeah, they do have demon eyes, now that you mention it...

It is almost Mother Bear Project time again! Warm up those hooks and needles; the CAL/KAl begins on January 1, 2012 and ends when I get to Stitches West on Feb. 29th (I think).

Love your last podcast. So sorry you have been so ill. I am so happy you mentioned Spinning Jenny. I really like her show. So sorry she has been ill since September. Are you guys related in anyway. You sound a lot alike?

Yeah, I have tried one of your strategies myself, and it worked! It was this episode's strategy, fight the fire with the fire. Well, I have this very annoying male coworker. He's been really harassing me with very childish jokes, and it went too far, so far that I was afraid to meet him, because I didn't know how to handle him, and he would just enjoy embarassing me (active aggressive?). He kicked me for fun(not hard, but still!) today. So today I used the same weapon as him. Before he could say a word, I began joking at him and tried to be as "funny" as he usually is when he addresses me. AND guess what, HE LEFT! I got rid of him, and he was clearly puzzled!
I feel SOOOOO good now! Because now I know how to handle him and make him shut up - and leave. Now, I know this won't be a long lasting solution, but I am enjoying it immensely. Thank you Dr. Gemma! Love your strategies.
